Welcome to Creative Canvas Studios! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and studio rentals. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Creative Canvas Studios website (the "Service"), you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Use of Services and Studio Rules

Creative Canvas Studios provides a professional photo and video studio rental space designed for creative professionals and enthusiasts. Users agree to use the facilities in a responsible and respectful manner.

  • Permitted Use: The studios are available for photography, videography, and other creative projects. Any illegal activities, including but not limited to the creation or distribution of illegal content, are strictly prohibited.
  • Proprietary Equipment: Any studio-provided equipment (lighting, backdrops, props) must be handled with care. Damages incurred due to misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the renter. A detailed inventory and condition report will be provided at the start and end of each booking.
  • No Smoking or Open Flames: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all studio spaces. Open flames or any activity that poses a fire hazard are also forbidden without prior written consent and appropriate safety measures.
  • Noise Levels: Please be mindful of other users and neighboring businesses. Excessive noise that disrupts others is not permitted.
  • Guest Policy: Renters are responsible for the conduct of their guests. The maximum capacity for each studio must not be exceeded.
  • Decorations and Modifications: No permanent alterations, drilling, or strong adhesives that could damage the walls or fixtures are allowed. Minor, non-damaging decorations may be permitted with prior approval.
  • Pets: Pets are generally not allowed in the studios unless specific arrangements are made in advance for pet-friendly shoots, and additional cleaning fees may apply.
  • Cleaning: Studios should be left in a reasonably clean condition. Significant mess or damage may incur additional cleaning fees.

3. Booking and Reservation Policy

All studio bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Creative Canvas Studios.

  • Booking Process: Bookings can be made through our online portal (booking.html) or by contacting us directly. All bookings require a deposit to secure the date and time.
  • Rental Periods: Studios are rented by the hour, half-day, or full-day. Minimum rental periods may apply.
  • Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment or a deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.
  • Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule a confirmed booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business.

  • Cancellations by Renter:
    • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booking date will receive a full refund of the deposit/rental fee.
    • Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior to the booking date will incur a 50% cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
    • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the booking date are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations by Creative Canvas Studios: In the unlikely event that Creative Canvas Studios must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility issues, emergencies), a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge will be offered.
  • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their booking without prior notification will forfeit the full rental fee and deposit.

5. Payment Terms

All rental fees are due in advance to secure a booking. Additional charges for equipment damage, excessive cleaning, or extended rental periods will be billed separately.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other digital payment methods as indicated during the booking process.
  • Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may incur late fees.
  • Taxes: All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added to the invoice as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Creative Canvas Studios website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Creative Canvas Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the website without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creative Canvas Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Creative Canvas Studios, its affiliates, licensors, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Moscow, Russian Federation. By agreeing to these Terms, you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Creative Canvas Studios. Creative Canvas Studios has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Creative Canvas Studios shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
